dCipher Computing was started by Simon White and has been in business since 1991. We have 18 years experience developing custom applications for various business needs. Our goal is to make your computer an efficient management tool. Our software is currently developed using Microsoft Visual FoxPro.
Occasionally we contact clients by e-mail or phone to inform them of upgrades, or new products but we will not harass you with frequent promotional material. So feel free to browse the site and do try our demo versions. They can easily be turned into full versions when you purchase a license.

Meet the Principal - Simon White
For almost 20 years he has specialized in designing and developing relational
database applications that integrate with business processes to reduce cost,
while increasing product or service quality. He has successfully applied this
expertise to a variety of business and public sector processes including:
telemarketing, accounting, shipping and receiving, activity management,
control systems, engineering simulations and data driven web sites.
Some software applications of his design are still operating, with modification,
15 years after first being put into use.
To all his assignments, he brings intellectual curiosity, a love of learning and a desire to integrate ideas from a variety of fields into a workable efficient solution.
Simon holds both a Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Divinity degrees.
